I have a large deck with railings and ballisters that has been neglected for a few years and was way over due for a cleaning and re-staining. I did some research on line as to the use of pressure washers to clean decks and numerous articles mentioned that 1600 psi is the max and most efficient. With that in mind, I found the Karcher K2.350 16600 PSI Electric Pressure washer on Amazon with a couple of good product reviews. In looking at various products that I have purchase over the last couple of years, I have found the customer reviews to be extremely helpful in determining what products are good, and those not so good,and have made purchases based on the good reviews. I have never regretted it. I just finished the cleaning of the deck using this pressure washer and it performed flawlessly and did an absolutely fantastic job. I am very impressed and would definitely recommend this pressure washer to anyone want to clean a deck, house sides, and general cleaning. There are also many accessories available such as wand extensions, extension hoses, different cleansing heads, winterizing oil and many other items. Since the customers reviews have been so helpful in selecting a good products I wanted to do this review for anyone looking for an excellent produce such as this pressure washer. One additional comment, I used my gas pressure washer (2800 psi) once, and even with the wide spray end, I could see immediately it was too strong as it was lifting the wood fibers. I stopped immediately. I also use the Olympic Deck Cleaner which is an excellent product on the decking surface which helped deep clean the deck in addition to using the Karcher pressure washer. Flipping items on eBay from Amazon can be very profitable as it requires no inventory or overhead. All you have to do is find products that are cheaper on Amazon than they are on eBay. Make sure that it is a product people will buy and be sure to use the cost calculator to make sure you are making money.

Amazon’s Affiliate program has a tiered commission structure, and you want to promote the big ticket items to make the most possible income. Unfortunately finding those big ticket items may be a challenge for the average user. Also just because it is an expensive item, doesn’t mean it will actually sell.

The goal is to find items that pay a high commission and filter through those items to find the ones that are easy to sell. Here are the steps to find Amazon.com items that pay a high commission.

  1. Visit Amazon.com and open the full store directory
  2. Click on a category that you may be interested in promoting. For this example we will choose the “Automotive & Industrial” category.
  3. Lets click on the sub category “Labs & Scientific.”
  4. Next click on another sub category like “Scales & Balances.”
  5. Now we will want to move to the upper right corner and sort the items by “Price: High to Low.” You will now see all of the highest priced Scales * Balances.
  6. Lets go back to the main “Industrial & Scientific” Category. You will now see the most expensive items in that category. You can see that there is a Cyclone 4006 – Ultra High Pressure Hard Surface Cleaner, 40,000 psi water with Full Recovery that costs $514,968.00 and has two 5 star reviews, so you know this item has sold previously. At Amazon’s 4% tier, that would net you a $20,000 commission.
  7. This is just an example of how to find some products, but trying to actually sell this surface cleaner will be a challenge. You will want to go through some of the other categories until to find a good product that will be easy to promote and offer high commissions.
